Having children with special needs at a choice school like Puesta del Sol can be difficult! Puesta del Sol PTA and Principal Danelle are teaming up to foster peer support and provide networking opportunities for our families in the special education program. If you have students with special needs, please join us! Your child does not need to have an established 504 or IEP for you to attend either event.

Our first Parent Meet-Up will be on January 12th, 2024 at 9:15am in the STEAM Room at Puesta del Sol. Whether you are at the beginning of your child's special education journey or have years of experience navigating the complex needs of your student(s), you are welcome at this meet-up. Save the Date for our Family Meet-Up in February! Our kids will benefit from peer support too! We will meet from 3:45p-5:00p in the Teatro at Puesta del Sol on Tuesday, February 13th.
