International Festival- The International Festival is a wonderful school-wide event where our students come together to perform cultural dances, songs, and music taught by volunteer and paid members of our International Spanish Academy community, staff, and families.

STEM Fair - The Science Fair is a celebration of the scientific method, providing students an enriching opportunity to explore science outside the classroom.

Winter Craft Fair - This Craft Fair will celebrate local business, independent crafters and artists, and even middle/high school student clubs! Hand crafted goods, kid made fidgets toys, jewelry, soaps, expertly crafted pottery and textiles, as well as other amazing goods are expected

Ice Cream Social - Enjoy a sweet treat, get reacquainted with old friends and classmates, and make new friends at this annual back-to-school social event.

Walkathon- - This annual event is our largest community-building event where family, teachers, and staff join students to walk laps in a fun and festive atmosphere. There is no requirement to the length of your fun walk, there is no charge to participate; however, every student, walking or not, must RSVP.

Mariners Night - Join other Puesta del Sol families and friends at T-Mobile Park to cheer on our favorite baseball team, the Seattle Mariners.

Multi-Cultural Potluck Picnic - The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee puts on an annual spring picnic and invites all Puesta del Sol families to attend and bring delicious foods representing their family cultures.

Incoming Kindergarten Potluck - Puesta del Sol and the PTA welcome the incoming kindergarten class and their families with a get-acquainted potluck event.

Field Day - This annual event is an afternoon of fun-filled games and activities to celebrate the end of the school year.

Staff Appreciation - Students and parent volunteers participate in appreciation activities for one week every Spring to express gratitude to our wonderful staff at Puesta del Sol.

5th Grade Events - Each year our 5th graders celebrate their final year at Puesta del Sol with a variety of events, including a 5th grade-hosted appreciation tea for the teachers and staff at Puesta del Sol, a 5th grade legacy gift, an end-of-the-year party, and graduation in June.

Book Fair - A wide selection of new releases and great reads are available to purchase in English and Spanish during the book fair. Proceeds support the school library and PTA.
