Fundraising Update:

We have only two fundraisers left this school year (Apex Student Leadership training and Remix Glow Move-a-thon Party April 7th, AND Rummage Sale April 22nd).

We need $45,000 more dollars for this year to pay for Amities, classroom experiences, field trips, etc. We hope between corporate match and our two fundraisers to make up that difference. You are welcome to donate anytime on the PTA website or by supporting the final two fundraisers.

Why the new program this year? We are trying a new company called APEX, recommended by other schools in our district. We are consistently struggling to get volunteers and this company has been the solution at other schools.

Not only does APEX help PTA raise money for Puesta, but also:

• Provide a free leadership program for students that aligns with our curriculum and is taught during the school day.
• All students will receive a t-shirt and bracelets for free. All students will participate in the Remix Glow Move-a-thon Party April 7th for free.
• The APEX staff is background checked and approved as volunteers in our district.
• APEX does take a portion of donations and we will access this partnership to decide on future fundraisers.
