Passport Check Days are fast-paced and fun-filled and a great way to volunteer at school. As a checker you'll have the opportunity to work with students from first to fifth grade quizzing them on their geography knowledge.
Our volunteers take turns bringing snacks for the teachers and volunteers.
Please indicate in the comments section if you need to come late or leave early or are a first time checker. If you sign-up for a slot and can't come to check, please take yourself off the sign-up or let us know at passport@puestadelsolpta.org. Thanks!

Puesta del Sol PTA invites you to join us for an exceptional evening of tapas, paella, sangria, and fun at Castilla Restaurant on March 28th!
Our mini auction will be a chance to enjoy exceptional food and bid on exciting travel, food, wine, and experiences from around the Northwest and beyond - all to support our kids without the kids!
This adults-only evening will be an awesome time to make Puesta del Sol connections while supporting our students, teachers, and school.

Save the Date! Our 2025 Scholastic Book Fair is Coming!

Book Fair will be located in the STEAM Room, in the 5th Grade Pod.

Students in 1st - 5th grade will be able to shop the Fair during their recess times. All students will be able to shop before and after school. For more details (and Open Hours), please visit our event page. (https://puestadelsolpta.org/Page/Events/BookFair)

Family Movie Night on March 7th from 5pm - 7:30pm
Families can shop the Book Fair, play Board Games in the Art Room, or watch a Movie in the Music Room. Movie clue: it's based on a childen's book that features food falling from the sky!

The Amity Program offers interns a unique cultural and teaching experience at Puesta del Sol. We have three amazing interns this year who are serving in various classrooms. We are looking for new host families for the 2025-2026 school year. Hosting can be 3-6-9 month experience.
